[PROTOCOL_STATUS]: LOCAL_ONLY
This policy outlines how MISC Apps handles data within the PassTime application. Because PassTime is designed as a decentralized, peer-to-peer protocol, our data footprint is intentionally minimal.
PassTime does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All game logic, "Nuclear Potato" transfers, and session data occur exclusively on the local device or between connected devices via the local mesh network.
PassTime utilizes the Google Nearby Connections API to facilitate localized gameplay. This requires:

This data remains on your device and is deleted if the application is uninstalled.
PassTime does not utilize third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks. We believe in high-signal utility without digital surveillance.
